For each of our 100 instructional openings for the next school year, the selection process at Noble is extremely competitive, highly rigorous and completely principal-led. Because hiring exceptional staff is a top priority for our principals, the hiring process consists of many steps including an initial phone screen, a demo lesson, multiple reference checks and a formal interview. We begin posting positions for the following school year in November and make 80% of our hires by the end of April. For the 2009-10 school year, 7% of all applicants were eventually hired into an instructional, leadership or administrative role.
Noble has a strong presence on many college and university campuses, as well as with professional organizations that support our mission. Below is a list of schools whose recruitment events we have attended and organizations we have worked closely with to fill our job openings.

In addition to these efforts, Noble hosts an annual invitation-only Teacher Recruitment Fair, where candidates have an opportunity to meet one-on-one with principals, tour one of our campuses, speak with students and teachers, and participate in group sessions. This event is traditionally held in late February or early March.
